As a Finance Analyst in the Account to Report team within Global Finance Operations, you’ll support the delivery of accounting and reporting services to our Commercial Finance customers based in Osterley, Munich & Milan,  maintaining a well controlled and efficient environment whilst supporting our outsourced partners

What you’ll do:

• Review of Key Financial Statements & Journal postings to include P&L, BS and WC submissions
• Ensure compliance of Sky Accounting Policies
• Liaise with a wide network of stakeholders, ensuring that they are provided with relevant, timely and accurate information which informs and directs business decisions
• Maintain a strong, robust and well-designed control environment
• Support routine internal and external audit queries where appropriate
• Produce value add data and analysis to our Business Partners
• Support with complex Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Development of a team of Assistant Accountants
• Perform ad-hoc reporting & analysis

What you’ll bring:

• Recognised UK Professional Accountancy Qualification (CA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong IT skills, particularly using Excel
• General ledger experience
• Proven track record of Continuous Improvements
• SAP system knowledge desirable
